拓福跆拳道全新升级!以“跆拳道课+”的教学目标,建立最新,最科学,最适合青少年体适能和体育运动健康的方案。对于青少年来说是一项科学,专业,匹配度极高的课程。

Toff Taekwondo new upgrade! With the teaching goal of"taekwondo course +", establish the latest, most scientific and most suitable program for teenagers' physical fitness and sports health. It is a scientific, professional and highly matched course for teenagers.

Introduce

青少年体适能是指青少年的身体素质可以适应生活、学习、运动和环境的综合能力。其中包括“健康体适能”和“技能体适能”。与健康有关的适能包括:心肺耐力、肌肉力量、肌肉耐力、柔韧性、身体成分;与运动技能有关的适能包括:灵敏性、平衡性、协调性、爆发力、反应时、速度。

Adolescent physical fitness refers to the comprehensive ability of adolescent physical quality to adapt to life, learning, sports and environment. It includes "healthy physical fitness" and "skilled physical fitness". Fitness related to health includes: cardiopulmonary endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and body composition; fitness related to sports skills includes: sensitivity, balance, coordination, explosive power, reaction time and speed.

Harvest

孩子们在拓福跆拳道的学习过程中,不止能收获到跆拳道一项技能,更能掌握体育运动项目的基础核心,使之将来能更容易衔接其他运动项目。孩子们通过学习,还可以提高语言表达的能力和思维想象创造力。

Class

课程设置:每节课时90分钟;其中体适能课45分钟,跆拳道课45分钟

寒假推广活动:1月4日-1月20日期间16家拓福跆拳道馆联动开课
